Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Oversee employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Develop and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with employees and management. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Experience with HR software and recruitment platforms. Proven track record in HR management and employee relations.
