The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing daily HR activities including implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel records. The role also requires handling recruitment processes, conducting employee orientations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and corporate policies. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Show more Show less
