Job Description: Executive / Sr. Executive - Talent Acquisition Location: Delhi Department: Human Resources Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the hospitality industry. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding, while ensuring alignment with the companys staffing requirements and culture. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various hospitality roles (e.g., hotel staff, food and beverage, front desk, management). • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and business needs. • Post job openings on relevant platforms (job boards, career websites, and social media) and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates for suitability for different hospitality positions. • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. • Manage the offer process, including negotiation of salary and benefits packages. • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the ATS. • Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential hires. • Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company culture and operational needs. • Stay updated with trends and developments in the hospitality industry to attract high- quality talent. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR recruiter, or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and its staffing needs. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for hospitality roles. • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant HR software. Preferred Skills: • Previous experience recruiting for high-volume or seasonal hospitality positions. • Understanding of diversity and inclusion practices in the recruitment process. • Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding.
