Job Description Job purpose- To maintain the Air handling unit, chiller, ductable unit, Split, and cassette AC units installed in all units of Asclepius Wellness Pvt. Ltd. Specific duties and responsibilities- 1. Responsible for the Smooth operation and preventive maintenance of the Air handling unit, chiller, ductable unit, Split, and cassette AC units. 2. Responsible for the Timely completion of filter cleaning of the HVAC system. 3. Responsible for leakage testing, gas charging & breakdown handling related to Split AC, Ductable AC, and AHU. 4. Responsible for timely data recording related to the HVAC system. Skill Required- 1. Communication 2. Read, write & vocal communication in the Hindi language is proficient 3. Communication to production, warehouse, QA/QC & interdepartmental. 4. Problem solving 5. Having Good Problem-Solving skills in AC maintenance.
