Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, chillers, and temperature controllers. Ensure optimal performance and efficiency of all HVAC equipment to maintain a comfortable indoor environment for employees and visitors. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems, implementing preventative maintenance measures as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems with building management systems (BMS) and other facility services. Develop and implement effective strategies for energy conservation, reducing costs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
