Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning and refrigeration units. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and system specifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Coordinate with the facility team for system upgrades and repairs. Maintain service records and prepare reports on system performance. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting. Experience in handling commercial and residential HVAC equipment. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of safety procedures and industry best practices.
