FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER- HYVE HOTEL, SiliguriJob Summary:We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and enhance all F&B operations at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest experiences, maintaining quality standards, and driving profitability.Key Responsibilities:Operations Management Oversee all F&B outlets, including the restaurant, bar, banquets, and room service. Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold service excellence. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food and beverage services.Menu & Quality Control Collaborate with chefs and bar managers to design menus that cater to guest preferences and market trends. Maintain high standards of food presentation, taste, and service quality. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.Financial & Cost Control Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize pricing strategies. Monitor food and beverage costs, wastage, and inventory management. Implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Audit checks and control on revenue leakage.Guest Experience & Service Ensure a top-tier dining experience through exceptional customer service. Address guest feedback and implement improvements based on reviews. Develop loyalty programs or promotional events to increase footfall.Team Leadership & Training Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing F&B team. Motivate staff to maintain service excellence and professionalism. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching.Requirements: Experience: 5-10 years in F&B management, preferably in a hotel setting. Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of F&B trends, customer preferences, and cost control.
