We are looking for an experienced and well-organised Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the team who will ensure that all the calls, messages and emails received are well handled.Responsibilities:Coordinate sales by managing query flow of calls/emails/messages with communicating relevant information.Respond to complaints from customers/clients and coordinate with after-sales support when requested.Store and sort financial and non-financial data in an electronic form.Handle the processing of all enrolments and re-enrolments with accuracy and assigning them coach (based on clients assessment) to start their program within the timeliness.Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems and keep on updating the team as well.Assist in the preparation and organising of promotional material/events for the company.Provide support, details and brief of IMWOW programs to the prospects over call, messages and emails as required.Handle social media queries regarding our programs and assisting them to enrol.Maintain clients data and do data analysis.Go the - Extra mile - to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your reporting manager.Essential SkillsThe ability to demonstrate the capability to hit and exceed targetsProfessional phone manner with a consultative approachHighly organised and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasksMust be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlinesAbility to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situationsAbility to multitask and prioritise daily workloadDiscretion with personal and confidential informationRequirements/QualificationProven experience in sales or relevant environment, experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;Good computer skills (MS Office)Proficiency in EnglishWell-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solvingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA team player with high level of dedicationCertification in sales or marketing and interest in fitness will be an assetBachelors degree requiredSchedule: Day shift ( 6 Days a week)Ability to commute/relocate: Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
