Thrive is a cosmeceutical brand offering evidence-based solutions for diverse hair and skin concerns, delivering globally competitive, high-quality products that combine advanced research and premium ingredients with affordability and accessibility.Demand and Supply Planner Demand Planning & Forecasting Analyze historical data, market trends, and business insights to forecast demand accurately.Purchase & Procurement Planning Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless procurement and optimal stock levels.Inventory Management Develop strategies to maintain the right inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and optimize working capital.Supply Chain Optimization Identify gaps and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth supply chain execution.Data-Driven Decision Making – Utilize analytics and reporting tools to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.What We’re Looking For:Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Procurement, and Inventory Management.Industry exposure in D2C or E-commerce is highly preferred.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data tools.Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role while collaborating with business teams.
