Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Junior IELTS Faculty to join our team at Career Craft Consultants in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in IELTS or related fields. The role involves delivering high-quality tutoring to enhance students' language proficiency and prepare them for the IELTS exam. Qualifications And Skills Proven teaching experience as an IELTS or PTE Faculty with a minimum of 1 year. Strong command over spoken and written English with excellent communication skills. Ability to plan, execute, and revise lessons to meet students' needs and assessment objectives. Proficiency in different teaching methods suitable for varied learning styles and abilities. Must possess excellent organizational and time-management skills. Experience in using modern educational technology and classroom aids effectively. Ability to create a supportive and motivating learning environment. Enthusiastic in actively participating in faculty meetings and training sessions for professional development. Roles And Responsibilities Design and deliver effective classroom instructions in line with the curriculum goals. Prepare students for the IELTS exam by covering all aspects of the language test. Monitor and provide constructive feedback on students' progress and performance. Utilize interactive and media-based lessons to engage students in the learning process. Schedule and conduct regular assessments to evaluate students' language improvements. Liaise with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
