The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, providing information about courses, and guiding prospective students through the admission process. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries. Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures. Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups. Handle queries and resolve concerns professionally. Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle calls efficiently and persuasively. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Qualifications: Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Pharmacognosy / Pharmaceutical Analysis or a related field from a recognized institution. Experience in teaching and/or research at the university level. Demonstrated ability to publish research in reputable journals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of current trends and advancements in the pharmaceutical industry.
