About the role iion seeks a highly analytical and results-oriented Advertiser Campaign Lead to empower advertising partners on our innovative game advertising platform, immersiion. As a key member of the operations team, you will be the authority on data-driven targeting, user journey mapping, attribution, and marketing mix modeling (MMM). You will also lead a team of campaign managers and collaborate closely with data science, AI, and product teams to integrate cutting-edge LLM-powered AI tools into immersiion. This position reports directly to the Head of Advertiser Success. Role Responsibilities: Spearhead full-funnel advertising campaign optimization and measurement, developing and implementing effective strategies. Provide expert guidance and support to ad success and sales teams Lead all measurement initiatives, encompassing online and offline sales/ROI analysis, impression / attribution / conversion tracking/retargeting, attention studies, analysis and interpretation of 1st and 3rd party data, as well as collaboration with other 3rd party product partners (incrementality/MMM etc) Collaborate with data science, AI, and product teams to leverage optimization methodologies and gaming media expertise to enhance AI-powered tools, including automated campaign setup, optimization, benchmarking and reporting Actively participate in shaping product roadmaps in conjunction with DS/AI and Product teams, focusing on expanding immersiions AI-driven optimization capabilities Work closely with the operations team to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in campaign strategy, setup, reporting, and tooling. About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Programmatic Ad Operations specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key player in managing and optimizing our programmatic advertising campaigns, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest quality of inventory. You will be responsible for the technical execution and ongoing performance of our gaming publishers across Prebid, oRTB on a variety of platforms, including Amazon TAM UAM, and a range of Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) especially PubMatic and Magnite.
