Responsibilities: Curriculum Design & Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, assignments, and assessments tailored to the IIT-JEE syllabus, focusing on topics like Calculus, Algebra, and Coordinate Geometry. Student Mentorship: Provide personalized guidance to students, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and offering targeted support to enhance performance. Assessment & Feedback: Conduct regular tests and evaluations, analyzing student progress and providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement. Doubt Resolution: Organize doubt-clearing sessions to address student queries, ensuring clarity and understanding of complex concepts. Collaboration: Work closely with fellow faculty members to align teaching strategies and share best practices for effective learning outcomes. Qualifications: Master’s degree (M.Sc.) or higher in Mathematics from a recognized institution. Preferably from top-tier institutes such as IITs or NITs.icadiit.com Minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience, particularly in coaching students for competitive exams like IIT-JEE. Strong command over the IIT-JEE Mathematics syllabus and exam patterns. Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and subject matter expertise. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching platforms.
