To strengthen our pharmaceutical and medical product distribution, we are seeking a Business Development Specialist with deep pharma expertise to expand sales channels, onboard doctors for iKure clinics, and build strategic partnerships with Medical Representatives (MRs) and industry stakeholders. Role Overview: The Business Development Specialist (Pharma) will be responsible for driving iKures pharma sales growth, developing multi-channel sales strategies, onboarding doctors for iKure clinics, and strengthening partnerships with MRs and pharmaceutical distributors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharma sales, market intelligence, and B2B relationship management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Growth & Sales Expansion Develop and execute pharma sales strategies across multiple channels, including hospitals, clinics, telemedicine platforms, and direct patient outreach. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships with MRs, and expansion avenues for iKure clinics. Establish and manage key accounts with pharmaceutical wholesalers, medical product distributors, and institutional healthcare buyers. Build partnerships with insurance providers, government agencies, and corporate healthcare programs to drive adoption. 2. Doctor Onboarding & Pharma Ecosystem Expansion Lead the onboarding of doctors for iKure clinics, ensuring alignment with iKure’s digital health solutions and pharma offerings. Develop engagement programs to support doctors in prescribing iKure’s pharma products and digital health services. Foster relationships with clinicians, healthcare specialists, and telemedicine networks to expand iKure’s reach. 3. MR & Pharma Industry Collaboration Build and manage strategic partnerships with Medical Representatives (MRs), pharma companies, and medical device manufacturers. Train and equip MRs with iKure’s pharma product portfolio, digital health tools, and telemedicine integration. Strengthen iKure’s presence in the pharmaceutical supply chain by collaborating with regional and national pharma distribution networks. 4. Multi-Channel Sales & Market Development Drive pharma sales through multiple channels Leverage digital marketing, AI-driven insights, and sales analytics to enhance market penetration. 5. Regulatory Compliance & Market Intelligence Ensure regulatory compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards, government policies, and ethical guidelines. Stay updated on drug approvals, quality control measures, and market trends in pharma and medical products. Conduct market research to track competitive dynamics, pricing strategies, and emerging opportunities in the sector. 6. CRM, Reporting & Performance Tracking Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships, sales pipelines, and business analytics. Generate regular reports on sales performance, market expansion, and revenue growth metrics. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with organizational objectives. Key Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or related field. 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, business development, or wholesale distribution. Strong expertise in pharma sales strategy, doctor onboarding, MR partnerships, and multi-channel distribution. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance, and market dynamics. Experience working with Medical Representatives (MRs), pharma wholesalers, and hospital procurement teams. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and digital marketing for pharma growth. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in digital health, telemedicine, or healthcare innovation. Knowledge of health insurance collaborations, formulary approvals, and drug distribution networks. Exposure to pharma supply chain management, e-pharmacy operations, and AI-driven health solutions.
