What you can expect as an Engineer I - Systems Design: You ll provide final review of system designs to ensure a high level of accuracy and completion. You ll provide feedback to junior team members basis the project quality. You ll mentor junior team members and guide them to perform better. Essential Qualifications include: Experience in AutoCAD, and or other cad-based software platforms Prior working experience in Solar PV layout design or similar field is preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-moving dynamic environment. Ability to work under minimal supervision and resolve issues independently based on project/company standards. Great to have: Experience in working with external clients on project delivery.
