You will lead the recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and performance management of brokers across three key zones.This is a field-driven, relationship-focused sales leadership role, ideal for someone who understands how to build and scale an intermediary-driven distribution network.Key ResponsibilitiesBroker Channel Expansion & CoverageExpand the reach of Iluminas OPD plans through new broker empanelment across the assigned regions.Divide the region into 3 sales zones for operational efficiency: South Delhi / GurugramEast Delhi / Central DelhiFaridabad / NoidaSet up weekly, monthly, and quarterly broker engagement goals per zone.Team Management & PerformanceBuild and manage a team of Broker Relationship Executives for each sub-region.Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews, and training sessions.Drive lead generation, conversions, and broker-level activity tracking.Relationship Building & RetentionMaintain strong working relationships with active brokers and channel partners.Ensure consistent communication, timely updates on plan enhancements, pricing, and onboarding status.Resolve escalations, coordinate with internal teams for fulfillment and claims support.Sales Strategy & ReportingDevelop and execute quarterly growth plans for the broker channel.Track and report on lead conversion, broker productivity, client acquisition, and revenue targets.Share insights from the market to continuously improve the product and broker tools.Training & EnablementConduct onboarding and refresher training for brokerstools, value proposition, commission, servicing workflows.Ensure all brokers are fully aware of plan features, benefits, exclusions, and compliance guidelines.Qualifications & SkillsMust-Have35 years of experience in broker/channel sales, ideally in health insurance, OPD plans, employee benefits, or fintechProven ability to build and lead a distribution channelStrong network of insurance brokers and POSP agents in Delhi NCRExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHands-on with CRM tools, broker management systems, or basic ExcelNice-to-HaveBackground in health-tech, TPA, or corporate wellness solutionsKnowledge of employee benefits, SME insurance, or OPD reimbursementsStrong understanding of regulatory compliance in broker-led healthcare salesWhat We OfferFast-track growth in an early-stage health-tech companyOpportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy for a new categoryCollaborative, mission-driven culture focused on impact and innovationCompetitive compensation and incentive structureHow to ApplySubmit your resume and a short cover note to careers@iluminahealth.com with subject line: Application Senior Sales Manager (Broker Channel)
