Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive HR & Admin to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, HR policies, payroll processing, and administrative functions to support a smooth workplace environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Develop job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.Handle offer negotiations and ensure seamless onboarding. HR Operations Oversee employee records, HRIS updates, and documentation.Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management. Assist in policy formulation and ensure compliance with labor laws.Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback.Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution.Employee Engagement & Administration Organize engagement activities to boost employee morale.Coordinate training and development programs.Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facility operations.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
