Role & responsibilities The HR Executive will play a critical role in managing and analyzing HR data to support decision-making processes. The individual will work closely with the HRBP - Supply Chain, who oversees a pan-India operation, to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update HR databases and systems with employee information. Blue collar hiring (Field recruitment) Generate periodic HR reports (e.g., attrition, headcount, leave, and attendance) for the supply chain assert pan-India. Prepare dashboards and visual reports for senior management. Analytics Support: Assist in tracking and reporting key HR metrics (e.g., recruitment timelines, training completion rates, and employee engagement scores). Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing HR processes and recommend improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR operations. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and statutory compliance in HR data management. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee data. Support to HRBP: Provide data-driven inputs to the HRBP for strategic decision-making. Support implementation of HR initiatives and programs across the assert. Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: Any Graduate. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an Field recruitment or HR operations role, preferably in a supply chain or logistics organization. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Hands-on experience with HRIS and MIS tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other relevant platforms). Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
