Job Description

Role & responsibilities Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the production process. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including test plans and protocols. Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions. Interface with suppliers to ensure quality of incoming materials. Monitor inventory of materials and supplies to ensure quality. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality of finished products.
