Job Description: AI Developer Job Location: Chennai Job Type: Permanent/ Full Time Shift Timing: General shift/ UK Shift Notice Period: Immediate - 15 Days Skills Required: Position Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative AI Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Multi-modal Generative AI applications. You will be responsible for driving innovation, mentoring team members and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI. You will work closely with our Industrial Systems IT team to design, implement, and optimize AI models and systems. Skills Required: Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI models and algorithms, with a strong focus on Generative AI techniques. • Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new AI methodologies and technologies. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI developers. • Architect and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for enhanced information retrieval, generation, and contextual understanding. • Develop strategies for improving RAG model performance, scalability, and adaptability to diverse data sources. • Apply advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for text analysis, understanding, and generation using Large Language Models (LLMs). • Develop strategies for fine-tuning and adapting LLMs to specific business needs and use cases. • Design and implement multimodal AI applications that seamlessly integrate and process data from various sources, including text, images, audio, and video. • Develop strategies for multimodal data fusion and representation learning. • Lead the training of AI models using large datasets and optimize performance through rigorous testing and evaluation. • Establish best practices for model evaluation, including metrics selection, validation techniques, and bias detection. • Architect scalable and reliable deployment strategies for AI models into production environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure. • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, particularly in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, and multimodal AI. • Conduct research and experimentation to identify new opportunities for AI innovation and develop proof-of-concept applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to define project requirements and deliverables. • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present findings to senior management. Skills Preferred: Oversee the documentation of all aspects of AI models and applications, including design specifications, training procedures, and deployment instructions. • Establish and enforce best practices for maintaining and updating AI models and applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Experience Required: 3 + Years in AI Design and Development • Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. • Deep understanding of AI principles, including machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning. • Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy RAG models for information retrieval and generation. • Extensive expertise in NLP techniques, such as sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and text generation. • Strong experience with multimodal AI applications, integrating data from various sources. • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Note: All these skills should be mentioned in the profiles, else profiles will not be considered.
