Role & responsibilities Handle customer complaints , provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits. Provide accurate , valid and complete information by using the right methods/ tools. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication . Ensure a consistent tone , style and approach in responding to customer enquires and complaints. Preferred candidate profile Keyskills Required: Good written communication in English & any other lang. Ability to multi task ,prioritize and manage time effectively.
