Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Immigration Consultant Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the immigration processes for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and European countries, and will lead a team of consultants to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the immigration consultant team. - Provide expert advice on migration processes and documentation. - Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations. - Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance. - Assist clients with applications and address their concerns. Qualifications: - Proven experience in immigration consultancy, specifically for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and European countries. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Relevant certifications in immigration consultancy are a plus.
