Implementation Engineer- Payment

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Installation of software in-house/customer premises in different environments like QA, Production, etc. Support in Dev/QA/UAT Testing and documentation of results. Analysis of software bugs and new requirements and channelize to the respective team either for further development or action. Regular health check of software and active support as and when required. Internal/external Client Training. Some extended hours and weekend work required based on project requirements. Preferred candidate profile Maintain up to date product knowledge and awareness of new features. In depth knowledge on Payments industries. Opportunity to work with major payment network processors. Database (Oracle and MySQL) hands-on experience. Linux/UNIX experience (Shell scripting / any other scripting). Knowledge on tools like GIT, Graylog, Grafana, Icinga, Postman, JMeter, monitoring tools (ELK stack), etc. Experience with ISO 8583, ISO 20022, ATM, POS, Ecom, etc. Payments Industry experience (Card, Real Time Payments, etc)
