Join us and be part of building the future of digital marketing! About the Role: Brightedge is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused SaaS Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for successfully onboarding and integrating our enterprise SaaS platform for our largest and most strategic clients. You will combine deep technical expertise with exceptional customer success principles to ensure a seamless and valuable implementation experience, driving rapid adoption and long-term client success. Responsibilities: Enterprise Implementation Project Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for new enterprise clients, from initial kick-off to successful go-live and handover to Customer Success. Develop comprehensive implementation plans, timelines, and success criteria tailored to each enterprise client's unique business objectives and technical environment. Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Customer Success & Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise clients during the implementation phase. Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions to understand complex business needs, technical landscapes, and integration points. Proactively identify potential roadblocks and risks during implementation and work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to mitigate them. Educate and train client stakeholders on the Brightedge platform, best practices, and integration capabilities to drive adoption and value. Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing customer success, fostering strong, long-term client relationships. Technical Integration Expertise: Lead and execute technical integrations between the Brightedge platform and various client systems, including web analytics (e.g., Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Google Analytics), CRM, CMS, and other relevant marketing technology stacks. Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting during the integration and configuration phases. Work closely with client's IT, development, and marketing teams to ensure successful data flow and system interoperability. Maintain a deep technical understanding of the Brightedge platform's APIs, data models, and integration capabilities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on client requirements, product capabilities, and successful delivery. Provide valuable feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on implementation experiences, contributing to product enhancements and roadmap development. Develop and refine implementation methodologies, best practices, and documentation to improve efficiency and scalability. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2-5 years of experience in a SaaS Implementation Specialist, Solutions Consultant, Technical Account Manager, or similar role, specifically focused on enterprise customers. Required Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading complex SaaS implementations for large organizations. Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in: Web Analytics Integrations: Deep understanding and practical experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), or similar enterprise-level web analytics platforms. API Integrations: Experience working with REST APIs, understanding data structures (JSON, XML), and troubleshooting integration issues. Basic SQL/Database understanding for data validation and troubleshooting. Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they relate to website functionality and data collection. Exceptional Customer Success orientation with a strong ability to build rapport, manage expectations, and drive positive client outcomes. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables effectively. Problem-solving mindset with a meticulous approach to identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical challenges. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-cadence environment, acting with a sense of urgency and strong follow-through. Ability to work in US EST hours (4 PM - 1 AM IST). Preferred Skills: Experience with other MarTech (Marketing Technology) platforms (CRM, CMS, CDP, Marketing Automation). Knowledge of SEO or Digital Marketing principles. Experience with a leading Enterprise SEO platform (e.g., Brightedge, Conductor, seoClarity). Why work for us?
