Job Title: Import Customer Service Executive (Cross Trade Focus) Location: Freight Forwarding Salary: 25,000 35,000 per month Industry: Logistics / Freight Forwarding Job Summary: We are seeking an Import Customer Service Executive with experience in cross trade pricing and general customer service. The ideal candidate will support pricing requests, liaise with agents and carriers, and ensure seamless coordination of cross trade shipments. Key Responsibilities: Handle cross trade pricing enquiries and provide competitive quotes in a timely manner. Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, and internal teams to ensure shipment execution. Manage and resolve customer queries related to import and cross trade shipments. Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met for cross trade operations. Maintain updated records of rates, correspondence, and shipment tracking. Support the sales and operations teams with pricing insights and customer feedback. Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience in import freight forwarding, preferably with cross trade exposure. Knowledge of international shipping terms (INCOTERMS), documentation, and pricing. Strong communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
