Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for Import/Export operations; must be a functional expert capable of setting up routines from scratch with a strong focus on process excellence. Lead the transition of processes, understand operational flows, and guide teams in setting up new processes on the floor as a change management agent. Drive and lead service reviews of KPIs and governance meetings to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities across the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain to enhance Kraft Heinz Company (KHC) operational cost efficiency and standardize processes. Manage the daily sailing schedule, customer pickup planning, and order pulling to meet payload targets for both the primary and secondary networks. Float orders to utilize available capacity effectively and revisit shipments to increase volume where necessary. Lead discussions to address expedited shipments, minimize lead times, and manage Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), developing customer solutions with minimal cost impact. Facilitate customs clearance documentation and prioritization, ensuring document control measures are followed across relevant portals, systems, and trackers. Conduct effective root cause analysis for operational issues and develop actionable, sustainable solutions. Key Interfaces: Internal: Operations teams across global zones, Global Business Services (GBS), Global Logistics, Supply Planning, and IT. External: Supply chain stakeholders across markets, transporters, shippers, direct order customers. Business Processes: Logistics, invoicing, warehouse management, control tower operations, carrier/shipper management, documentation, and compliance. Requirements: 6–8 years of experience in logistics operations, especially in export operations, with a solid understanding of documentation, international logistics, and shipping operations. Working knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and SAP interfaces is a plus. Hands-on work attitude with a strong customer-centric approach and a bias for action. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is a must.
