The candidate should have some commercial understanding and hands-on experience in negotiating with customers 2. Should have contacts in renewable industry for increasing customer base 3. Should be able to manage vendors, relationships, networking and business continuity 4. Should be from the Renewable Energy background of handling Logistics and Procurement 5. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Project Management Skills 6. Should be digitally savvy 7. Should be extremely process oriented and at the same time a go getter and has a hands-on approach to problem solving 8. Willing to travel, flexible and dynamic 9. Understanding of policies, laws and regulatory framework related to licensing, permits and power sales at state and central level Job Description 1. To be the overall In-charge of the Renewable Energy Logistics and Supply Chain Vertical, develop business and monitor & manage P&L, KPIs, SLAs and operation issues 2. Ensure that there is enough customer pipeline to ensure that the targets are achieved 3. Develop processes and operations using existing resources and add new resources as and when required 4. Total handling of business on end to end responsibility basis 5. Should continuously be updated with the developments and policies of the government and regulatory framework of Indian renewable energy sector. 6. Establish SOPs for managing logistics in the renewable energy industries 7. Suggest and work on new product / service lines which will stand out 8. Train and monitor the team on the domain and best practices 9. Works with different Functions to develop work processes and strategies in this area 10. Work closely with other verticals to develop a Renewable Energy Road map for respective states and lead the discussion with the target states 11. Develop New Product & customized Contracts based on interactions & understanding
