Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries, ensuring timely resolution of complaints, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction throughout the post-sale process. ! Looking for Immediate joiners ! Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and in person. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after the sale of the property. Assist clients with documentation, payments, possession timelines, and other post-sale formalities. Coordinate with sales, legal, and construction teams to provide accurate information to clients. Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer issues and follow up until closure. Maintain and update customer interaction records using CRM tools. Schedule and facilitate site visits, possession handovers, and inspections.
