Skills/Expertise: 1. Should be from the Aviation and Defence background of handling Logistics and Procurement. 2. Should be able to manage vendors, relationships, networking and business continuity. 3. Should be instrumental in formulation of strategies, managing P/L, developing a core team and working with stakeholders. 4. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Project Management Skills 5. The candidate should have some commercial understanding and hands-on experience in negotiating with customers. 6. Should be digitally savvy. 7. Should be extremely process oriented and at the same time a go getter and has a hands-on approach to problem solving. Job Description: 1. To be the overall incharge of the Aviation and Defence Vertical, develop business and manage P&L. Achieve the set targets. 2. Develop processes and operations using existing resources and add new resources as and when required. 3. Total handling of business on end to end responsibility basis. 4. Should continuously be updated with the developments and policies of the government pertaining to the industry
