Job Description

Key Responsibilities Incident Response & Management Serve as the primary point of contact for managing high-impact incidents related to payments, ensuring quick resolution and minimal service disruption. Lead real-time incident resolution efforts by diagnosing issues, engaging relevant stakeholders, and driving incidents to closure. Prioritize, track, and document all incidents, ensuring they are managed within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Establish and enforce escalation protocols , ensuring that critical incidents receive immediate attention from senior leadership and engineering teams. Work closely with banks, payment processors, and regulatory bodies to resolve incidents affecting transaction processing and reconciliation.
