Job Description

What you will do in your role: We are looking for an exceptionally talented and experienced leader to join our Compliance and Ethics Team. The position is based out of Bangalore, India. This role will support all employees across KGS and will primarily be responsible for actively partnering with business leadership, employees, and peers across the globe for solutions that: Advance our culture. Enable progression towards his/her business partners key strategies and goals. Accelerate value capture; and, Ensure KGS operates in a manner that is efficient, risk-optimized, and compliant with global laws & regulations. ? This role will be responsible for: Implementing and improving Compliance & Ethics programs across KGS.Subject matters include, but are not limited to, Anti-Bribery/Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering, Data Privacy, Labor & Employment, Records & Information Management, etc. Serving as a key business leader who is a point of contact for Code of Conduct questions, Risk Identification and Management, Assurance Activities, Confidential Investigations, etc. Partnering with Koch Global Compliance, Legal, Security, HR and other subject matter experts to ensure best knowledge is engaged in given situations (e.g., investigations, audits, etc.). Staying informed of emerging Compliance-related laws and regulations (e.g., Anti-Corruption Laws, Data Privacy Laws, etc.) that may have potential applicability to the KGS Businesses and Capabilities he/she supports. Driving business outcomes through strategic initiatives. A Day in the life may include: Contributing to the advancement of a Principle Based Management culture. Acquiring a deep understanding and working knowledge of Compliance & Ethics-related subject matter areas, standards, policies, tools, etc. Managing all aspects of Compliance and EHS questions, investigations, documentation, knowledge share, training, etc. Serving as a trusted advisor and building and maintaining relationships across the organization. Ensuring best knowledge, best practices, and other information is shared in a timely manner (e.g., with HR Compliance, EHS, Koch companies, etc.). The Experience you will bring: Requirements: Strong organizational skills. Analytical thinker, can-do attitude, and a solutions mindset. Effectiveness in establishing trusted relationships. Ability to read and interpret complex regulations and make accurate operational decisions. Strong investigative skills. A sense of urgency and proven success in eliminating waste and always looking for a better way of doing things. Strong understanding of what risk-optimized decisions and actions look like. Effective communication skills across a range of audiences. Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse workforce. What will put you ahead: Experience in business risk analysis and mitigation. Experience in Commercial Compliance and Ethics including, but not limited to, Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption, Data Privacy, Government Interactions, IT Risk & Controls and Investigations, etc.
