Key Responsibilities: * Drive assigned business targets through efficient planning and execution. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, or internal teams depending on the function. * Identify new opportunities for business development or operational improvement. * Manage and analyze data to track performance metrics and generate insights. * Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. * Participate in strategic initiatives and contribute to process enhancement. * Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager/stakeholders. Key Skills & Competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. * Sound knowledge of life insurance products and industry trends (preferred). Education & Experience: * Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred for certain roles). * Freshers * 0–5 years of relevant experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
