Job Title : Industrial Engineer (Costing & Commercial Planning) Industry : Intimate Apparel Manufacturing Reports To: Managing Director (MD) Location: Kalyan-Bhiwandi (Mumbai) Experience: 8–10 years preferred Role Summary: They will lead the commercial planning, pricing strategy, and financial oversight of the business. This role is responsible for accurate product costing, production feasibility, margin planning, raw material budgeting and customer-level profitability tracking. The role acts as a key and strategic advisor to the MD, ensuring the business is commercially viable and financially sound across all orders and clients. They will also play a critical role in proactively identifying leakages, inefficiencies, or pricing gaps across the business — helping management steer towards data-backed and profitable decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Costing, Pricing & Profitability Planning Budgeting & Resource Planning Sampling & Development Oversight Commercial Risk & Gap Analysis Strategic Advisory & Process Improvement Cross-Functional Coordination Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in intimate/apparel manufacturing Strong background in costing, client servicing, and commercial operations GSD certified Key Skills: Analytical costing and pricing acumen Strong negotiation and communication skills Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability Financial discipline and commercial awareness Proficient in Excel, costing templates, and ERP systems Show more Show less
