Key Responsibilities: Drafting and reviewing letters related to employee matters, disciplinary actions, and IR concerns. Handling disciplinary procedures, including managing grievances and providing resolutions in line with company policies. Engaging in discussions and negotiations around employee bonuses. Managing interactions and negotiations with unions to ensure harmonious labor relations. Collaborating on Long Term Settlements (LTS) as necessary. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintaining updated records of IR-related matters. Providing strategic input on IR initiatives to improve the work environment and employee relations.
