Job Description

We are hiring for ESAF Small Finance Bank. Age- Up to 40 Location-Mumbai, Chennai/Coimbatore, Bangalore. EXP-8 + Yrs BFSI ( Experience in industrial relations in BFSI industry mandatory). Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage industrial relations strategies across branches and back-office operations. Engage with employee unions on wage negotiations, work conditions, and policy rollouts. Maintain healthy communication with union representatives and resolve issues proactively. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws (e.g., ID Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Payment of Wages Act, etc.). Handle disciplinary procedures, employee grievances, and dispute resolution cases. Liaise with labor departments and represent the organization in statutory forums and legal proceedings. Standardize ER practices across multiple locations to ensure consistency. Conduct awareness programs on company policies, labor law updates, and code of conduct. Prepare reports on ER metrics, risk areas, and ensure a proactive mitigation plan is in place. Ensure contractor and vendor compliance for support staff at branches and offices.
