Company: Raka Oil Company Location: Pune Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1-5 years in Industrial Sales (Lubricants/Petroleum Products preferred) Responsibilities for industrial sales Maintaining a level of performance in a specified territory, which meets or exceeds the sales objectives established by the company Establishing and maintaining relationships with key industrial accounts Develop new accounts within targeted markets Provide input to Sales Manager, Marketing Department and others as requested by management Develop and maintain territory customer database, competitive database Identify key accounts - create and execute key account plans Prepares sales presentations to create product/service/solution understanding and awareness Develops value proposition to address customer need Key Skills & Requirements: Strong B2B sales and business development experience in the industrial sector. Knowledge of lubricants, petroleum products, or industrial machinery is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets . Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools . Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industrial visits.
