Job Summary: Do you speak Instagram fluently? Are you an expert in the ancient art of negotiating with influencers? If so, you might be our Influencer Whisperer. You will play a crucial role in expanding our brand's digital presence by leveraging social media influencers, primarily on Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. Your primary responsibilities will involve identifying, contacting, and collaborating with influencers to promote our products. Strong negotiation skills and a keen understanding of social media trends are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: 1. Influencer Identification: Conduct research to identify potential influencers aligning with our brand and target audience. Analyze influencer metrics, engagement rates, and audience demographics to ensure alignment with our marketing objectives. 2. Outreach and Relationship Building: Initiate and maintain effective communication with influencers through various channels, including email, direct messages, and other social media platforms. Build and nurture relationships with influencers to create long-term partnerships. 3. Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling campaigns and promotional strategies for influencers. Provide influencers with necessary information, guidelines, and materials for promoting our products effectively. 4. Negotiation and Agreement: Negotiate terms, including compensation, content creation requirements, and campaign timelines with influencers. Ensure that agreements are clear, mutually beneficial, and align with the brand's values and messaging. 5. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to evaluate campaign success. 6. Budget Management: Work within allocated budgets, optimizing spending to maximize the impact of influencer marketing efforts. Provide regular updates on budget utilization and performance metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing. Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop engaging influencer campaigns. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
