This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing strategies to create successful influencer campaigns that align with brand goals. Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Identification & Outreach: Source and onboard influencers aligned with brand values and target audiences.Campaign Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to design engaging influencer campaigns, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term influencer relationships; oversee communications, contracts, and content timelines.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance; report on key metrics, ROI, and insights for continuous improvement.Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers to keep campaigns fresh and relevant. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management.Strong knowledge of digital marketing and influencer platforms.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
