Role Overview: We're seeking an energetic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager who can strategically identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers to amplify Gajab’s presence across social platforms. What You’ll Do: Research, identify, and manage relationships with key influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Moj, etc.). Design, plan, and execute engaging influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals. Negotiate influencer partnerships and ensure timely delivery of content. Analyze campaign performance, tracking KPIs and reporting ROI. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Content, Marketing, Product) to ensure seamless campaign execution. What We're Looking For: 3–5 years of influencer marketing or digital marketing experience, preferably within e-commerce or consumer-focused startups. Strong understanding of the Indian social media landscape and influencer marketing trends. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
