Role Responsibilities Design and implement Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to enhance data integrity.Develop and maintain data models that meet business requirements and enhance usability.Integrate MDM with existing enterprise applications to ensure seamless data flow.Conduct data quality assessments and implement data governance policies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM applications and data mismatches.Document technical specifications and maintain process documentation for MDM projects.Conduct training sessions for end-users on MDM processes and applications.Monitor and report on MDM performance metrics to stakeholders.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in MDM and data management.Support data migration projects and data cleansing initiatives.Participate in the development of ETL processes for data extraction and loading.Work alongside the IT team to enhance the infrastructure supporting MDM initiatives.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and standards.Contribute to creating a data-driven culture within the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Informatica MDM implementation.Strong understanding of data governance and data quality management.Proficiency in SQL for database querying and reporting.Experience with ETL tools and processes.Familiarity with API development and integration practices.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Knowledge of data modeling and data architecture principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in project management is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy.Understanding of cloud platforms and technologies.Certifications in Informatica or related fields are preferred.Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
