Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Offer initial support for desktop and laptop hardware and software concerns Diagnose and resolve technical problems, encompassing both hardware and software glitches Install, set up, and upgrade computer systems and software as required Manage and uphold our local area network (LAN) infrastructure Rectify network connectivity problems swiftly and implement solutions Safeguard network integrity by monitoring for potential threats and enforcing security protocols Assist in the integration of new software products and technologies Provide ongoing assistance for software applications, tackling user issues and technical hitches Conduct user training sessions to ensure proficient use of software and technology tools Keep accurate records of all IT-related activities, including software licenses, hardware inventory, and network configurations Generate regular reports on IT performance, challenges, and resolutions for management evaluation About Company: Cynergi is a place of understanding and learning.
