Responsibilities: Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviewsExecute strategic global hiring programs as an IT talent recruiter keeping in mind international Information Technology trendsManage the IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the databaseDesign and implement job descriptions and engage with potential candidates on social media platforms Required Skills & Qualification: Previous work experience as an IT recruiter, or a similar role in the field of recruitmentStrong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the IT sectorOutstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a flair for networkingExperience in working with computerised HR IT recruiter software and job boardsAbility to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment Preferred Skills & Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT recruiting or related fieldsStrong understanding of the technical side of an IT recruiter roleProficiency in English and the know-how to tap into the IT talent hub
