Join us on our journey to shape the future with AI. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent for IT roles across various domains. You will work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes while aligning candidates with the organization's requirements and culture. Minimum Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA or Post-Graduate degree in HR or related domain Experience : 2- 5 years Primary Skill: End-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, Talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, Expertise in sourcing platforms: LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and professional networks, Vendor management and collaboration with external recruitment agencies, Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment automation tools Secondary Skills: Employee engagement and onboarding strategies, Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines for both active and passive talent, Employer branding and talent marketing through social media and networking events, Understanding of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and market trends, Compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and ethical recruitment practices Work Location: Coimbatore Must Have Skills 2+ years of hands-on IT recruitment experience, managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Deep knowledge of technical roles such as Developers, Architects, QA Engineers, Cloud Experts, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, etc. Expertise in sourcing platforms, job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed), professional networks, and ATS tools. Strong verbal and written skills to engage candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders, with the ability to assess resumes and interviews effectively. Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet hiring targets while maintaining high candidate quality. Roles and Responsibilities : Understand job requirements and technical needs, ensuring alignment with team expectations for each IT role. Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networks to find top talent, using advanced sourcing strategies. Assess both technical skills and cultural fit through thorough interviews, technical assessments, and simulations. Work with team leads to evaluate candidates' technical expertise and problem-solving abilities. Oversee scheduling, screening, follow-ups, and offer negotiations while maintaining regular candidate communication. Proactively create a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future roles, nurturing long-term relationships. Monitor IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to adapt sourcing strategies. Provide clear communication, feedback, and transparency to ensure a positive recruitment journey. Manage databases and track key recruitment statistics, offering insights for continuous improvement. Contribute to employer branding initiatives through social media, networking events, and showcasing company culture to attract top talent.
