Job Description

Title: Information Technology Support role Looking for Immediate Joiner to 10 days Experience: 2+ years Location: Pune Mode: Full Time / Contract role Qualifications and Skills: · Proven experience in an IT support or infrastructure role, especially with data centers, servers, storage, network devices, and cabling. · Strong understanding of critical incident response and troubleshooting techniques. · Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, ensuring timely resolution of issues. · Experience with equipment handovers, IMAC activities, and spare parts management. · Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with central and global teams. · Proactive approach in suggesting improvements to local processes and contributing to projects. Technical Knowledge: o Detailed understanding of IT desktop standards, IT change management processes, and technical solutions to support future business requirements. o Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently across a wide range of infrastructure systems. 2.
