Title : Infotainment Triage & Debug Experience: 4 to 9 Years Work location: Bangalore Key Skills: Infotainment,DLT,log analysis Key Requirements: Perform root cause analysis of issues based on logs and traces. Identify and manage duplicate tickets using root cause analysis. Assign severity and priority levels to defects. Assess the quality of reported defects. Analyze and classify defects according to their respective domains. Adhere to defined process guidelines for creating and maintaining triaging documentation. Collaborate with developers, testers, and automation engineers to clarify and resolve reported defects. Conduct tests for both functional and non-functional requirements when necessary.
