Job Details Experience Required: 1-3 years Location: Noida Work Mode: Hybrid Shift timing: Rotational shift Mandatory Skills : Infrastructure support, Application/Production support, Linux, Unix, Incident Management Roles and Responsibilities Troubleshoot issues related to server management, application support, Java support, SQL database, and Unix/Linux servers. Provide infrastructure support to ensure smooth operation of servers, networks, and databases. Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 support team when needed. Responsible for managing defined SLA. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues in production environments. Responsible for Managing day to day service desk tickets also be proficient in handling Tier 2/3 tickets. Providing infrastructure, systems and applications support across all functions of the business. Introducing a support knowledge Base including creation of support documents. Exposure to Jenkins and AppDynamics is good to have. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Support or similar role. Strong understanding of application support principles and practices. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
