Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Innovation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, startup assessment, and ecosystem enablement. The Innovation Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and supporting innovative startups, managing incubation programs, and fostering a supportive ecosystem for entrepreneurs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement streamlined startup pipelines for efficient evaluation by committees. Write proposals and secure government grants for startup initiatives. Design and execute incubation programs to support early-stage startups. Create and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve internal operational efficiency. Manage end-to-end hiring processes for multiple positions within the organization. Track and guide early-stage startups through regular office hours and mentorship sessions. Establish and oversee prototyping labs to support startup development. Engage with investors, mentors, experts, and vendors to provide comprehensive support for startups. Forge partnerships with service providers, stakeholders, and ecosystem enablers. Represent the organization at conferences and forums to enhance visibility and promote initiatives. Organize bootcamps, challenges, hackathons, and events to foster innovation and collaboration.
