Innovatiview Hiring for Administration Manager role in multiple cities in Bihar. We ensure safe, smooth, and efficient exam operations through advanced technology, streamlined processes, and committed professionals. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and dependable Admin Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all on-ground operational activities at examination centers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling large-scale center operations and educational events and should be comfortable with local coordination and logistical execution. Key Responsibilities: Supervise examination center setup , including seating, security arrangements, and surveillance equipment. Oversee crowd management at entry and exit points to ensure smooth movement and compliance with SOPs. Coordinate with internal teams and liaise with local authorities , vendors, and stakeholders as needed. Ensure electricity, backup gensets , and other essential infrastructure are in working condition before and during exam days Ensure proper functioning of all technical and non-technical resources on exam day. Perform pre-event checks and post-event audits of the center. Handle any on-ground challenges and ensure quick resolution with minimal disruption. Manage local staff, temporary workforce, and volunteers deployed during the exam. Desired Candidate Profile: 3 to 7 years of experience in operations/admin/event management , preferably in the education or exam management domain . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make real-time decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and local liaisoning capabilities. Comfortable with travel and working in dynamic, time-sensitive environments.
