Inside Purchasing Associate (Night Shift)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The primary function of the role is as below: Understand the procurement and construction scope of each project Identify and assess the specific purchasing requirements of each project Contact vendors and contractors for project estimates Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate team for further development and closure Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports Maintain up-to-date status of each project for review Source new sales opportunities Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory Perform effective online demos to prospects and trainees. Skills & Requirements Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream Proficiency in English language to meet customer communications based in US/UK/Canada/Australia Required to work night shift to meet customer time zone (US/Europe/Australian time zones) Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong phone presence and experience dialing several calls per day Prefer experience in working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM, but not mandatory. Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
