Our solutions help industries improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize asset performance . Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales and Lead Generation Engineer to drive business growth by identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and nurturing client relationships . This role is critical in expanding our market reach and increasing adoption of our Industry 4.0 solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential customers in manufacturing, energy, and industrial sectors. Use LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling to generate new leads. Qualify leads based on business needs and fit with Presage Insights solutions. Sales Outreach & Engagement: Initiate and maintain customer relationships through calls, emails, and online meetings . Explain the value proposition of predictive maintenance and energy monitoring solutions. Set up product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team. Pipeline Management: Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system . Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion rates . Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into paying customers. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Industry 4.0 and predictive maintenance . Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation performance. Experience: 2-6 years in inside sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in industrial or tech sectors).
